Yes. To use the maximum reach via roaming (Hubject), you need a Premium License. This means your stations will automatically appear on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and in the apps of major providers (e.g., EnBW, Swisscharge). Without Premium, your stations can be used in the eCarUp app and on-site via QR code (ad-hoc).

Very simply via "Ad-hoc charging". Each station gets a QR code. The driver scans it, selects their payment method on the website (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and starts the charging process. No registration or login is required.

Yes, we actually recommend this for public locations. You can set your tariff so that a per-minute fee applies after a certain amount of time (e.g., after 4 hours). This prevents "permanent parkers" and keeps the station free for the next paying customer.

Absolutely. Our platform supports the OCPP standard, which practically all modern AC and DC charging stations speak (e.g., from ABB, Alpitronic, or Kostad). So you can easily manage a mix of normal parking lot chargers and fast chargers in one system.

Billing runs fully automatically. We collect the money from the driver (regardless of whether they pay via app, roaming card, or QR code) and credit it to your account. You can have your balance paid out to your bank account at any time. We only retain the 10% transaction fee.

Since eCarUp is the software platform, we are responsible for billing. For hardware problems (e.g., cable stuck, station offline), you as the operator are the first point of contact. We recommend displaying a clearly visible hotline number (e.g., of your technical service provider or caretaker) at the station.
