The eCarUp backend is completely hardware-independent and compatible with charging stations from a wide variety of manufacturers. You decide who can charge at your location, when, and at what price, using a user-friendly web portal and a modern app.
Behind it all is our team of programmers, sales specialists, and project managers, who maintain the charging network on a daily basis.

Over 35,000 connected charging points. smart-me acquires 100% of the shares in eCarUp.
20,000 charging stations
The number of charging points doubled from 10,000 to 20,000 in ten months; the company now has eight employees.
10,000 charging stations and a move
Relocation to Riedstrasse 18 in Rotkreuz, with three times the space and 10,000 charging stations in the backend.
5-Year Anniversary
Four employees and already 7,000 charging stations connected to the eCarUp backend.
Expansion of the Partner Network
Focus on new charging stations in the backend and numerous webinars with new partners.
Initial Partner Training
