Since 2020, guest demand for charging stations has been growing rapidly. These modern customer needs were the driving force behind the upgrade of the hotel parking garage.
Switch to EV Charging Stations
Previously, guests had access to standard household outlets. Today, ten Bauer charging stations—installed by Elektro Tschanz GmbH, a partner of eCarUp —offer first-class convenience.
Backend Without Complexity
The goal was to create a backend that was as straightforward as possible. Operation, monitoring, and management by hotel staff are kept to a minimum number of mouse clicks.
Our motivation is customer satisfaction. That’s why, even when the hotel was being built, we made sure to include a power outlet at every parking space. In the summer of 2020, we decided to replace those outlets with electric vehicle charging stations.
Billing
Load, settle, pay out.
Check-in and payment are handled through the eCarUp app. The same rate applies to all guests, and the services provided are clearly displayed in the app.
